I doubt there is anything in the state exposure laws that would protect a transgender with male organs if they expose those organs to another female.
There isn't. Nor is there anything in state "Peeping Tom" laws that would protect anyone "claiming" to be a MTF transgender with male organs from prosecution for committing the sex crime offense of voyeurism.

The Administration policy deals with the school and its administration. They would have no effect on state exposure laws.
A student with male genitalia still violates the law if the genitalia is exposed to others.
Exactly. Same with "Peeping Tom"/voyeurism sex crime laws.
So now what? If the school admin gives in to Obama's blackmail in order to receive federal funding, they're complicit in aiding and abetting such crimes, which in itself is a crime in nearly all states.

You appear to be making up a conflict where none exists. If a transgender person uses the locker room not matching their genitalia they have to keep themselves covered to be law abiding. How they do that is their problem. The state can still enforce exposure laws if they fail to remain covered.
Peeping laws may be more difficult. It would appear a transgender person in a room of their desired sex would likely not be a peeper. Similar to a homosexual in their own sex locker room. They may well be looking but it is probably impossible to prove unless violating some expectation of privacy.
That is just a trespassing rule, and might have more to do with it being a private club. Even then, a woman could be charged with trespassing for entering the men's restroom as well. I doubt a man would be charged trespassing if he entered the women's restroom to check on his daughter, so a trespassing lawsuit is a vague one that may or may not hold up. Beyond that, there has never been any laws that denied an opposite sex from entering a bathroom.
Furthermore, if someone looks female, no one is going to inspect her genitalia to make sure she is in fact female.

You are simply being difficult. The cases cited are on point. One who violates the signage on a bath room is likely guilty of trespass. And one who shows the wrong genitalia in a locker room is likely guilty of exposure. Nothing about transgender changes any of that.
And anyone who looks remotely female or even androgynous is unlikely to be in any trouble.

Thank you, someone finally gets it, now if only some other members would read your post and stop freaking out about transgender people they will never meet and fictional men in dresses claiming to be women so they can sexually pray on women and girls.

As they should. Prosecute both the transgender and the school admin who aided/abetted the transgender in their crime.
School girls and their families WILL be fighting back on this. Over 50 Illinois families have already filed a lawsuit against the Obama Admin.

I disagree with that, and here's why...
1) Males "claiming" to be "transgender" to have access to the girls'/women's multiple occupancy locker/shower rooms so they can watch girls/women undress/shower aren't homosexual.
2) 62% of transgenders are either bisexual or heterosexual. Therefore, a male who "identifies" as a transgender is likely to be sexually attracted to females. http://www.umass.edu/stonewall/uploa...er%20Lives.pdf

Oh, by all means, let's not freak out about about sexual predator men "claiming" to be "transgender" so they can have easier access to their female victims:
So if I grow my hair out aND wear lipstick, I can walk into a woman's restroom? As long as I claim to "identify" as a woman?
Not even that is necessary. All you'd have to do is "identify" as "transgender" and you have free and clear access to watch all the undressing/showering women you want in the girls'/women's multiple occupancy locker/shower rooms.

So you are saying the man wasn't arrested and charged with sexual assault? Also what does Canadian news have to do with anything, this isn't Canada?
