There are indeed laws against a boy/man entering a girls'/women's multiple occupancy locker/shower room and undressing and exposing his genitalia. And against voyeurism, too. Hell, they don't even have to be in a locker/restroom. Peeping Toms get arrested and charged all the time.

But, now, because of the TCSJWs' (Transgender Cause SJWs) extremely poor judgment and complete lack of understanding of the severity of the unintended consequences, any sexual predator male can "claim" to be "transgender" and sexually victimize women in women's shelters, any sexual predator male with an exposure fetish can now just stroll right into the girl's/women's multiple occupancy locker/shower room, strip down to nothing, and if he "says" he's "transgender," no girl/woman can do a thing about it except to submit to indecent exposure ...or leave. And similarly, there's no way to stop male voyeur sexual predators from watching girls/women undress or shower under the same circumstances. All they have to do is "say" they're "transgender" and all's good; no one can challenge their right to be there.

TCSJWs have made the world more dangerous for girls and women. That's unacceptable.

There isn't. But now the Obama Admin demands that it be permitted on school grounds. That's why I've repeatedly said that Obama's edict on forcing schools to allow anyone with a penis and testicles who "claims" to be transgender to use schools' girls' multiple occupancy locker/shower rooms sets up a direct conflict with states' sex crime laws.

Agreed.

Which laws are you referring to then? I would like to see laws that say men can't enter a woman's locker room. Being arrested for being a peeping Tom has nothing to do with entering a different gender bathroom. No one would arrest a woman using a men's bathroom as a peeping Tom.

So no, transgender has not made the world more dangerous for girls and women, that is just something you created in your head over this weird fear you have against transgender people.

If you see men in the girls locker room with you, just report it, them claiming to be a woman while they stare at your no no parts is still against the law.

"Supporting that interpretation is Com. v. White, 538 A.2d 887 (Pa. Super. Ct. 1988), where the court affirmed a conviction for criminal trespass after the male defendant entered the women’s restroom of an athletic club. The court ruled that the restroom was a “separately secured or occupied portion” of the building that was reserved for women’s use. Update: See also In re S.M.S., 196 N.C. App. 170 (2009) (affirming an adjudication of second-degree trespass after a boy entered a girls’ locker room, and stating that “[t]he sign marked â€Girl’s Locker Room’ was reasonably likely to give respondent notice that he was not authorized to go into the girls’ locker room”)."

I doubt there is anything in the state exposure laws that would protect a transgender with male organs if they expose those organs to another female.

The Administration policy deals with the school and its administration. They would have no effect on state exposure laws.

A student with male genitalia still violates the law if the genitalia is exposed to others.

And it goes beyond that. In many rural communities, the high school is the center of community life.

Transgender...
Physically if we are no longer defining people, and we are defining ones sex as a mental state then we have gone crazy.
Or based on fake hormones and surgeries.

For the people who love "science" one would tell you after you die and they dig up your bones in 50 years they will mark your SEX as male or female. The body, hormones and X/Y cells make you that SEX your born with, sorry you dont like it. I am sure we have crazies who want define themselves as horses or birds but we don't believe they get special animal rights because they think they are another "biological" species. This is the same thing!!! YES it is, your biological body will ALWAYS BE that SEX no matter what you do.

Transgender is become a life choice this is not about who your PARTNER is in life or marriage and or anything else that doesnt allow you individual freedom. This is about you defining male/female. Yet for some reason if you call yourself a BIRD we all know this is ridiculous, and so should the idea that your some how changing into another sex because you think it does.
