There are several men On This forum who should never set foot inside of the State of California .

Tell me are you aware that in the year of 2014 the California State Legislature enacted affirmative Consent Rape Laws.

Which states that women can give you permission to have sexual relationships with themselves and change theirs mind one second later as your penis enters Theirs BODY and you must End The Sexual Act ( Sexual Relations ) AT THAT EXACT MOMENT.

CALIFORNIA LAW HAS ALWAYS SAID THAT BLACKED OUT WOMEN CAN"T GIVE CONSENT.

Please. A woman would actually have to find that person attractive for it to even get that far.

I'm thinking his mom dropped him on his head when he was small.

Hard to rape the willing. There is a reason no one is that outraged when s female teacher screws a male student.

Has anyone figured out what they both drank that night?

Not this again! In most cases, the man is larger and heavier than the woman. Sheer force if nothing else can be used, when the woman is not "willing". Many people are outraged about these teacher events.

As I have said, if all drunk women are classified as being unable to consent, then the question of whether they consent or not is irrelevant from a legal standpoint. It must follow from this line of thinking that every drunk woman who has sex has been raped and every male partner is a rapist.

I will point out that Brockie-boy was able to get up, apparently pull up his pants and run away, so he obviously was not passed out.
I didn't say he was.

Try reading my post again.

Humping?

There was no sexual intercourse.

Stop trying to pretend that there was.

Are their occasionally false rape allegations? Yes. This is not an instance where the woman appears to have consented and then regretted it. Even if she gave him some kind of sign that she wanted to mess around with him (without ever speaking to him and only knowing him for at most, one hour)
How do you "know someone for an hour" and not speak to that person?

Quote:
that messing around should have ended when she became unconscious.
He might not have known that she had passed out.

He was drunk himself.

The usual name calling by Femi-Nazis who can't defend their own arguments.

Don't get on the roller coaster and demand that the ride stops half way through.

What insipid, juvenile nonsense!

Next, you'll only be able to have sex in a court room with the judge, jury and police watching you.

We don't know that she wasn't conscious and that she didn't give consent when the sex play started.

Plus, there was no actual sexual intercourse.

People can do that and pass out a minute later.

So that proves nothing.

Exactly.

If he was so awful, why did she hang out with him for an hour?

Well said.

It really all comes down to whatever a woman says -- regardless of the circumstances.

Yes, we DO know all of that.

The case went to trial and he was found GUILTY, remember???

Speculation is all you have. In the trial, FACTS were presented.

(men civilize children, indeed!)
