Not this again! In most cases, the man is larger and heavier than the woman. Sheer force if nothing else can be used, when the woman is not "willing". Many people are outraged about these teacher events.

As I have said, if all drunk women are classified as being unable to consent, then the question of whether they consent or not is irrelevant from a legal standpoint. It must follow from this line of thinking that every drunk woman who has sex has been raped and every male partner is a rapist.
I will point out that Brockie-boy was able to get up, apparently pull up his pants and run away, so he obviously was not passed out.
