Stronger cultural framework. An re-industrialized economy that works for everyone. An end to the disturbing fusion of news and entertainment. An end to the war on men, including restoration of traditional-leaning gender roles and the American family. People need strong families, people who are similar to them. You wrap your mind around a solid family, community, lifestyle, values, work ethic, dignity, and respect for life; you won't see as many aimless young men becoming radicalized and committing mass shootings.

If certain minority elements were to all of a sudden disappear, then basically all statistics show that the violent crime and gun violence rates in the US would be on-par with, or even lower than, nearly all of our European counterparts.
