"Legality" or "illegality" has no relationship in any way whatsoever to what is "good" or "bad". It is simply what the thugs have imposed upon everyone else.

Governments of all forms, as of yet, are nothing more than contracts among thieves and thugs to subjugate their victims and slaves. Government, as of yet, and all of its "laws", serve only the interests of those who are in control and enslave everyone else to its dictates. (Whether it is a single tyrant, a fictional collective, a mob-rule democracy, a republic, etc) Until all initiations of force are illegal, no form of government is just or moral in any way whatsoever. The only just role of government is as a retaliatory force against those who initiate force upon others. Any force that is not retaliatory is aggression, and thus is evil and immoral. Human freedom is impossible within any system that condones any form of aggression against anyone for any reason.
If my daughter under her free will chooses to be a prostitute, what's wrong in that? How is that make me a failed parent?
Remember it is her body, her life and her independent decision. It is not yours, not mine, or the government's decision.

Good luck with your utopia, but we live in a human society, where everyone's choice does influence others.
For example, the government also sets a minimum wage, although I can definitely find some immigrants to work for me for 5 dollars per hour. Nobody only does his own business in any society.
I have 3 and yes I stand behind what I have written. I would rather them live in a world where all human-beings have rights and live how they want to live and not in a world where girls can be snatched up and prostituted against their will by human-traffickers just because we cover our eyes and pretend it isn't happening.
Now would you rather YOUR daughter choose to be a prostitute or have her be a sex-slave against her will?
I won't allow any woman to work as a prostitute. If I see one I call 911.
