Where did I write that? Of course it is possible. But if you are suggesting doctors routinely perform elective third trimester abortions and kill 39.5 week old fetuses before inducing labor, post some unbiased, reliable links please.
These are now illegal. Before they were illegal they were killed by inducing labor and killing the fetus as it exited.
late-term abortion Post-viability abortion Medical ethics Any abortion performed after the fetus would be viable if delivered to a nonspecialized health center.
??? And? First trimester, which is when most abortions are performed, is non-viable.

To repeat yet again, not my body, not my decision. And as far as I know, post 24 week abortions are already illegal. If someone manages to have one beyond that age, it's between her and the law and the doc.

Indeed. No argument there.

You're not much different than the opposite side of the coin who want to ban all abortions and even the morning after pill.
At 39 weeks, that is a baby, an actual human. You are saying it should be legal to murder an actual baby as long as the mother does it.
If you feel there should be laws against it, just say so; otherwise, we will have to believe you don't feel such procedures should be illegal.
I disagree with her on abortion but I see little good in arguing something I can do nothing about either. I am pro-life......pro-life in the idea that no one has the right to take the life of another in any situation outside of direct self defense (and there are very rare occasions where this would apply to abortions).
We are never going to ban early abortions so I am wasting my time arguing for them. I've argued the medical aspects here. Those *might* influence an individual. They aren't going to influence the courts.
Besides if RvW is overturned the laws banning late term abortions will become moot also in many cases. I'll argue to keep what we got and leave others to argue for what is never going to happen. That doesn't mean I support it.
Myself and the two people who have PM'd me about this conversation.
Have fun pm'ing each other, goodbye.
