Exactly. One church is allowed to build and they are not. I don't have to be a lawyer to know that is not allowed.

I don't know one church is allowed to build. The article did not say.

Still the whole religious discrimination is hard to prove. Based on the article, I can't find any evidences to prove the claim.

I stated from the beginning.......if the land is zoned for it.

Again, simply showing one can and one can't proves that.

Still, I would counter sue.

Reading a little closer........

“Please, pray for our county regarding the proposed mosque to be built here (right in front
of our church!)," the County Line Baptist Church said in a Facebook post before the Aug. 15
meeting.

It looks like the area is zoned to permit religious organizations to build there so the city is going to lose.

Zoned to permit religious organizations, doesn't mean the religious organizations have to be Muslim, Christian, catholic, or anything else. Like I said, religious discrimination is hard to prove.

The quote is from church, not city officials.

What is going to happen if they fight this is not only will the church get built, the money they win from the lawsuit will help them build it.

me thinks not.

suppose a person was making $50,000 when fired and is out of work for one year, but earns $15,000 from occasional consulting work. The estimated lost income damages is $35,000. Repeat the analysis, as necessary, for as long as the person suffers lost pay as a result of the discriminatory termination.

Note: If a person has not suffered any lost income as a result of the employer's discrimination -- for example, in cases involving only workplace harassment or where a fired employee quickly finds a better paying job -- then this component of the plaintiff's damages will be zero

You would have to prove damage. what did they lose? Build that mosque, no monetary gain would be my prediction.

This is why we need pig farms near every mosque.

Muslims are not human and I honestly believe that.

The constitution never intended to protect non-Christian religions or to allow non-western immigration. Multiculturalism is a post 1965 Western world progressive edict, promoted by socialist/communist, jews, globalist or pick your likely suspects.

Anyway islam is not even a religion nor is a mosque or muslim costume a religion. They are both sociopolitical and cultural entities. No one carfes if someone was a muslim worshiping Islam in their homes and western buildings and wearing western clothes, but that's not what islam is about. It's about conquest. I don't want these people immigrating here even if they weren't muslim and middle eastern as we are overpopulated.

The bottomline is foreign, nonwestern sociopolitical and cultural people should be barred from immigrating. That's the way immigration law was essentially until 1965. And it was constitutional then and the constitution hasn't been changed since then.
