I'm going to send some police to your house. Just let them in to look around for second. No need to say anything. If you didn't do anything wrong they'll be on their way.

You people have no idea why people who defended your rights get so angry when guys like you **** on the constitution.

It has been shown that the Supreme Court has ALLOWED sobriety checks, so why is this thread STILL going on?

As the left keeps saying, "It is the law of the land"!.
The thread is not about the Supreme Court's bad decision.

Please DO NOT defend my right to drive drunk. It's STUPID. The Supreme Court has ruled on this, and I am sorry you don't like their ruling, but it is perfectly Constitutional, and their authority is Constitutional, so it is you who is not respecting the Constitution.

I don't know if I like what the kid did or not. Drinking and driving is a huge problem.

Try being a locavore sometime and you will quickly realize how little food is not interstate. (And that still only matters for federal regulation, not state regulation.)
The government only has the power to tell you what food you can buy, not what you can eat. Functionally, that makes it pretty easy to stop you from eating certain foods.

I wish you were correct, but unfortunately you are not.

How about a cavity search? If you don't have anything illegal up your butt, no problem, right?

nobody is doing that. You really shouldn't drive drunk or impaired in any other way.

Not true. Just because the Supremes rule on something does not make it right. It only makes it legal. Lots of examples of their rulings on the legality of slavery should tell you that.

And BTW, three of the Supreme judges said it is NOT constitutional.

Yes. But the erosion of our constitutional rights is an even bigger problem.

Not true at all. Eating a pot brownie is illegal in some states.
