Lack of being in, accepting the local culture is much of what gave rise to the term 'ugly Americans', as applied to tourists, at least.

What "rules, institutions and support" does he have in mind? I assume he's talking about rules to forcibly integrate America with unassimilated Muslims and institutions and support to make them like it.
He openly confesses to the unwillingness of Muslims in general to assimilate into western society. Of course, this isn't new news to rational thinking Westerners who understand that the core foundation of Islam rejects such a notion to begin with. This is precisely why many of us have been telling the naive liberals how self destructive it is to welcome in people whose intentions are to reshape western society into Islamic form. That is their OBLIGATION as Muslims!!! That's what Islam requires of Muslims. And that is why Islam is fundamentally INCOMPATIBLE with American society, and consequently, they do not belong here, PERIOD.
This absurd nonsense regarding "islamaphobia" is nothing more than a tactical strategy to facilitate the unarmed invasion of the west by Islam. And this equally nonsensical idea that our United States Constitution requires us to embrace Islam from a religious freedom stance is yet another example of how insane liberal policy really is. The Constitution isn't a suicide pact. In fact, it requires an oath of loyalty to said Constitution by US citizens, which includes defending the Constitution against enemies, foreign AND domestic.
By every measure, including the core principles, and stated objectives of Islam, Islam is an enemy. Islam wants to replace our law (Constitutional Law) with its law (Sharia Law). By definition, Islam cannot be viewed as anything other than an enemy. Period, case closed.
