I wasn't aware there were still such things as "White" Neighborhoods.
That has kind of an illegal, immoral and unconstitutional ring to it...especially in this day and age.
(He was our President, he has been a Senator, he has a Law Degree in Constitutional law from Harvard University, his wife has a law degree and he still has children in school...why on earth would you expect someone like this to move to an impoverished neighborhood?)
And Obama can move and live anywhere he likes...just like any other Ex-president.

You're thinking of progressives Harry Reid (his infamous 'no Negro dialect, etc.' comment) and Joe Biden (his infamous 'bright, clean, storybook, etc.' comment). Conservatives I know don't base whether they like someone or not on the color of their skin.

Yes, bombing innocent people out of their homes, hospitals, schools, places of worship, etc. is stressful business. Not to mention the stealing of money from paychecks, the spying and denying of basic rights.

it's a valid question. He wrote a couple books for which he received a few million dollars. He pocketed at least $300k of his presidential salary each year... I supposed a bank of about 5 mill can sustain you for quite awhile.
I'm sure he made some "wise" stock market investments too - probably in some of the 'green energy' companied the Feds bank rolled.
He is poised to do well in the speaking circuit, if a ghoul can command 500k per speaking event (Guliani) I am sure he can do better.

So why is there a thread by a conservative who thinks its significant that a young family with three Ivy league degrees and two law degrees between them moved into a white neighborhood in a 6M home? Because they'er tall?
