You do realize the bible states its opinion on homosexuality QUITE clearly right? So no my non belief in god is not the problem,I don't have a problem. I have an opinion that is set in stone and has been since I was a teenager.
Aside from having children for various reasons, the primary and instinctual reason is to carry on the genetic line. Thus your children will have grandchildren, and so on. If a parent has a kid who turns out to be homosexual, those things are out the window.
So aside from the sickening feeling a parent might get at the thought of their daughter or son engaged in homo acts, the worst part is no grand kids. That would especially be bad if they only had one kid.
I have only one child, and she will never have children, but not because she's bi, but because she should not for medical reasons and she is not sure she would want to raise a child anyway. That last part could change someday, and she might adopt, but my life isn't ruined because I won't be a grandmother, for Pete's sake.
And of course, unless you live some sort of isolated life in a remote area, you know gay people with children.

I would not accept his homosexuality but I would accept him or her. Just as a person would not accept them taking drugs but still love them regardless . One can still respect and love them if they fall into any situation one does not approve of. I would not reject the person, I would object to the behavior.
ROFLMAO! I believe its in Leviticus. As I said not a christian but was raised as one so yes I have read the bible and its been taught to me. I know what it says. If so worried about it go find it in the bible.I personally don't care what a book of fiction says.
Silly question for me to consider since I don't understand the fascination that most have with homosexuality. I would not care. I've already told my oldest that I don't give a crap what sort of "sexual" he is and to just not be a pedo or a rapist. I only have problems with those types of people.
Should be legal to cull them just like a farmer would cull such a defective animal from his herd .
