A meaningless talking point. We went to the moon by investing in space exploration. In the process, stuff like satellites which has dramatically improved the lives of humanity saw daylight.
that is a fantastic point. and also the last time America invested in something.
It should also be pointed out that a conservative (John F. Kennedy) proposed that investment.
Trump does not ever have to worry about money problems. Every week a man from "overseas" will be showing up with a brown shopping bag full of rubles.........er, cash.
Govt doesn't invest. It steals from Peter and gives to Paul.
The irony of receiving this sort of message on a government investment originally designed to maintain communication networks in the event of a war amuses me.
Meanwhile my house is probably being powered by a dam that was also a government investment.
Nice talking point that has absolutely nothing to do with reality. Given that a government investment even makes it possible for you to say such nonsense never even touches you does it?
Correct. No doubt he will veto this monstrosity, and demand a balanced budget.
Lets hope so, the Republicans are really just con artists, they are lucky to opposed by someone as weak and ridiculous as the Democrats. This budget is a monstrous waste of taxpayer money, but they all have have their fingers out for money for their states

"$9 Trillion Added to National Debt In One Day...."
Then you and your Big Government cohorts should be very happy. Or is nine trillion not enough?
