Yes, that is right. The religious illegal aliens would not vote for homosexual marriage. So they override them.

Feds control immigration. And, it is going to be hard to deny being a sanctuary city when your mayor allowed illegals to obtain drivers licenses.

Remind us how someone gets to vote there? What's required? Hope it isn't just a D.L.

For all those folks trying to blame Trump for immigration issues, go find Clinton's state of the union address from 95' illegal immigration, NumbersUSA has a video out. Illegal immigration has been an ongoing issue for past President's. ( I am unsure of copy write, so didn't post link)

I think this is a slap in the face to those folks that became U.S. citizens the right way....legally.

Maybe the minority is unhappy. But once the majority became Mexican, CA was lost. CA needs to be declared a rouge state and the military or sworn in militia needs to go in and crack some eggs.

How would that work? Tax returns and payments are made directly to the federal government. Does the State of CA pay anything to the fed on its own?

No mystery as to why. Dems have no morals and integrity. The election is proof of that.

Hil in...all is fine, reps accept the American way.

Trump in...we (dems) will riot and secede.

If Trump wants to save taxpayer money he should deputize a homeland militia to go door to door in CA and take care of this problem. If your legal fine, if your illegal, it is time to go home. Breathing or not...it does not matter to the militia.

They should have the same level of cooperation in enforcing immigration laws as they do preventing terrorism.
The courts ruled they couldn't do squat. If the Feds wouldn't do anything, what exactly do you expect the states to do?

At some point the people and states actions could start sedition or treason proceedings, THAT would be interesting to watch on CNN or CSPAN!

Definition of sedition for English Language Learners
: the crime of saying, writing, or doing something that encourages people to disobey their government

Legal Definition of sedition
: the crime of creating a revolt, disturbance, or violence against lawful civil authority with the intent to cause its overthrow or destruction — compare criminal syndicalism, sabotage
seditious \-shəs\ play adjective
seditiously adverb

Monday Trump needs to send US Marshals to Jerry Brown's office and arrest him.

Sometimes force is required when you have deranged people trying to bring down the Union. CA is a rouge state controlled by a majority Mexican population.

I am not only for force. If seceding is the answer, then so be it. But few rouge states should not be allowed to bring the rest down. If they don't secede, then they need to be straightened out under Fed law.

I more or asked the same question. There has been no response from those to whom it was directed.

I have a feeling that if a red state did this in response to Obamacare, abortion, or some other issue - the OP would scream treason.
