Think about it this way: they won an election no one thought that they would or could win.
The amount of hubris shown by this crowd is seemingly infinite.
Why wouldn't they think that they could have multiple conversations at will when they had already pulled off the greatest heist in American history?
Yes and when it was obvious that the media and a dumbed-down electorate was willing to normalize the constant lying and buffoonery, they ran with the ball. Shame on the MSM and shame on the people that stayed home election day in protest when it was clear that this sideshow sake oil salesman should have been stopped from entering The White House.

Well, he does support waterboarding but I suggest that it be carried out in his swamp water.

How does a section of the U.S. Constitution not pass constitutional muster?

It's one thing to say that a federal statute or an executive order does not pass constitutional muster. But if the Constitution authorizes the prosecution of individuals for engaging in certain activity, I'm not sure how it would not pass "constitutional muster." That's sort of like saying the Takings Clause doesn't pass constitutional muster. If it's provided for in the Constitution, then it's Constitutional until Congress and the states repeal it or make a superseding amendment.

There's no precedent under the Logan Act, but a lack of precedent doesn't mean it's impossible to prosecute someone under it. Every law at some point has a lack of precedent including the RICO statutes, mail fraud statutes, etc.

Maybe so..........Maybe not.
I believe that Flynn is the next distraction Trump/Bannon are throwing out to obfuscate the eyeballs on the Administration. Especially if he get's immunity.
He'll spill his guts but insulate the White House.

Flynn=Shiny Object.

Probably so. I thought of that, too.

Still, one never knows. Best to keep eyes on ALL stories at this time, just in case.

These jerks are slippery as eels.
