You already did before Obamacare. The reason hospitals have to charge so much money to people with insurance is to subsidize the free care they give to the uninsured.

If you expand the HI Payroll Tax from 2.9% to 25.6% you can generate 80% of the $3.2 TRILLION you spent on medical care in 2015.

Yep.

Before ACA, the Federal Goverment would reimburse Florida approx $2 billion per YEAR to cover uninsured people that didn't pay their hospital bills. Florida is just one of 50 states.

Spending less does not equate to costing less.

What have Democrats done in that 6 years to fix Obamacare?

You mean with the party of "NO" (GOP) as the majority in congress?

If this plan is not better, cheaper, and does not cover more people than Obamacare, then Trump and the Republicans will suffer. They better tread carefully and realize most of America does not share Paul Ryan's Ayn Rand dystopian views.
it was a lie, just like everything else that comes out of his mouth, including that Ted's Cruz's father was involved in the kennedy assassination.

Darn right Medicare is PROVEN to have the lowest overhead of any insurance provider. Private insurance will never be cost competitive with single payer because private insurers have to add a markup to your doctors bill to make profit.
