Obama did a good job of spurring job growth, so Trump is getting off to an easy start in that regard. We'll see how he does on his own, after he's been in office a year or two. Right now, he's coasting on Obama's legacy.

The vast majority of the new jobs are private sector jobs which is what Trump is helping to make a come back through many of his exec orders vs Obama that jacked up private sector jobs by imposing infinite regulations on small businesses. There is the difference. Obama could have done the same thing but it didn't fit his left wing agenda.

Yep, think about it. I own a small business (private sector) and after taking on a lot of risk and busting my butt to get it off the ground I hear, "you didn't build that", raise taxes, then there is Obamacare (extremely expensive) and regulations. A lot of anti-business policies and rhetoric from the left.

While I could have invested money to grow my company, which would have lead to hiring more people, why does anyone in their right mind think I'm going to if the result is having to deal with that madness. I'm not, and I didn't. Instead I opted for cruise mode and enjoyed more time with family and friends. I'm still debating because although Trump will be good for small business, it's the liberals having melt downs every other day, doing anything they can to stop his agenda that I hesitate. I'm really liking this cruise mode anyway.

Who every doesn't understand, ask yourself, do you have and run a business, most of you don't so what makes you an expert? Why instead of looking for a job why don't you start your own business since you know it all.
