Actually, it does. He is a US-born a foreign national, just like US-born members of US Indian Nations. But there is no legislative exemption for US-born foreign nationals other than for members of US Indian Nations.

It's that pesky "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" requirement that is in subsection (a) but is omitted in subsection (b) when making the only exception for specific US-born foreign nationals: US-born members of US Indian Nations.

If you have all this critical info that can prove Obama was not an American or at least not good enough to be President of the USA - why didn't you make use of all of your groundwork and topple his presidency? I am sure if you did, you'd have been on GOP ticket and probably POTUS now

Seriously? As if Obama sycophants will suddenly acquire critical thinking skills and take notice of actual Federal Law? Please...

Check.

Game over.
Born with dual citizenship, at birth, precludes the constitutional distinction of a Natural Born Citizen over citizenship per se, especially when of forged birth certificacy.

Irony is not iron.

Forgers are riggers - I hate riggers!

A citizen, born of a foreign citizenship parent, fails the status of Natural Born Citizenship.

Obamiacs believe that Obama is a citizen of the world, and as such, subsumes Natural Born Citizenship.

Let's not forget that Obama was a member of Jeremiah Wright's church for 20 years, the very years that his Bio stated that he was born in Kenya and raised in Hawaii.

there is nothing in the constitution defining NBC. obama is not the first president to have multiple citizenships at birth thru jus sanguinis and both jefferson and lincoln had multiple citizenships during their terms.

Who cares where he was born? McCain was born in Panama, Cruz was born in Canada. Cruz' father was Cuban. Republicans would not have disputed either one of them if they had been elected president. Much ado about nothing. Courts have always said that anyone who has one parent who is a US citizen, is a citizen.

there actually are some minor limitations to conferring citizenship for births abroad. it's not always automatic.

so in other words - all theory and no substance or proof that matters.

It's not too late if you can still prove what you have been claiming all along your boy in WH will still hire you just for this cause.
