There’s no hiding from this disaster. In fact, the ACA’s collapse has become so obvious that even Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Paul Krugman have admitted that the law’s has big problems.

Is it your contention that every law passed by a previous administration is automatically null and void with the election of a new one? With the reality being that the White House and Congress changes parties continuously, that's kind of a silly statement to make.

Obamacare

1. Massive Premium Increases
2. Too expensive = Subsidy Decreases
3. Reducing the Quality of Insurance
4. Slashing Quality of Employer-Provided Insurance
5. Enrollees Are Older and Sicker than Average
6. The Exchanges Benefit Big Business at the Expense of Smaller Businesses
7. Medical Research Has Tanked
8. The Deficit Will Increase $131 Billion in the Next Ten Years
9. Fewer Jobs for Low-Wage Workers

10. Here Come the Trial Lawyers!
It was a matter of time before skinny networks brought out the sharks. A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Anthem Blue Cross in CA accusing the insurer of “misleading ‘millions of enrollees’ about whether their doctors and hospitals participate in its new reform plans.” This lawsuit will be the first of many.

Here I'll make it easy for you to re-read (just in case anyone else missed it).

The (D)'s held the House and Senate. They passed Obamacare and lost the House and Senate. Obama supported and promoted Obamacare, Democrats lost the White House.

And? So? Both the Congress and the White House change hands continuously. We don't automatically chuck every law passed by the previous Congress/Administration because the new one is of the other party.

Here, I'll make it easy for you. The Republicans lost Congress and the White House in 2008. The Republicans and President Bush supported, promoted and passed Medicare Part D. Did we automatically revoke Medicare Part D when the government changed hands? Nope.

Your reasoning is ridiculous.
