Evac-ing conservative our of Cali and having Cali bring in another 50 million illegals to vote will have the effect of an even greater popular vote win for the Dems and a greater Electoral College win for Republicans....fun stuff.

Re: Chicago

Cook County is huge, the second largest county in the US with a population of about 5.2 million which is greater than the individual populations of 29 states. In 2016, there were 54.1 million overnight visitors, an increase over 2015.

The death and fertility rates in Cook County are tight. The aging of the population = lower fertility rates.

Inbound immigration, legal and illegal has declined.

Suburban office parks are becoming dinosaurs because businesses are relocating to Chicago to attract younger workers who do not embrace suburban life or commutes. The office spaces are a fraction of what they once were because more people are working remotely.

Despite the declining population, there is substantial gentrification and rents and real estate values in Chicago continue to escalate in middle and affluent economic neighborhoods.

this is a list of the 384 largest metro areas in the US, that means no area on this list has less than 50,000 residents, and honestly most of these are suburbs of those large cities, even in the deep south.

Yet the liberals want to import more of those third worlders. Funny how that works too.

A lot of the people moving to Vegas from LA are undesirable to say the least.

They priced out their underclass, so now we're stuck with them. Our violent crime rate has gone nuts.

Not to mention Nevada legalized marijuana. Get ready for the migration. It happened here in Colorado.

There is tremendous disenchantment with Long Island:

Also heard today that latest population estimates show a decline in LI population. People in LI are voting with their feet.

Are you including Mexico and Central America? Let's also mention the beautiful beaches. Funny how that works.

I guess the new economic tonic according to Los Angeles and Chicago is to have native-born Americans moving out in droves and lots and lots of international immigration and births.

I have no opinion, but it seems like that is magic formula that Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City want these days.

New York City metro had a domestic outmigration of just 199,000 people in one year, it only gained because of international migration and child births.

Looks like based on the numbers Americans are rushing out of Los Angeles with all that equity and swarming into Las Vegas and Phoenix with the extremely low taxes, freedom and libertarian and conservative mentality.

Immigrants migrate too.
