The presidency is a marathon, not a sprint. Its WAY too early to say if Trump is doing a great job or not. You don't judge a pro athlete's career on the first few months of his rookie year. We'll likely have to wait years before we get an accurate picture of what he did for the country.
But even if he ends up being a total disappointment I'm still glad I voted for him over the other choices. This country needed some severe breaks applied before it sped over the disasterous cliff of neoliberalism, and at the very least I think Trump will do a fine job of buying this country time before it goes down the tubes.
Also, did any of you actually read the article this thread is based on?
It is about demographic changes working against Republicans. Nothing about how many Trump voters are hanging in there to the bitter end.
They're Trumpheads. They're way too dumb to read an entire article. The headline pretty much maxes them out - 10 seconds of uninterrupted reading, and they need a nap.

I've read the same article for 50 years that demographic changes are working against Republicans and we now have the most Republicans elected than at any time in the last 100+ years. Now Republicans control the Presidency, House, Senate and an overwhelming majority of states. So excuse me if I have some questions about its legitimacy.

Exactly. The demographic forecasts were based on highly questionable immigration rates for the future.
I love these quotes from the new republic article
" Overall, the minority share of the electorate, which stood at just 23 percent in 2000, will soar to 40 percent by 2032"
"Ironically, if Republicans continue to ignore America’s new majority—women, young voters, and people of color"
Trump won white women, white millennials and Trump won 50% of the latino vote in florida, there are lot of Hispanics here legally who voted for trump.
The demographic "hopeful" changes for the left are alot like the like the predictive models and polls that had Hillary a 85-98% chance of winning
Why HuffPost's Presidential Forecast Didn't See A Donald Trump Win Coming | The Huffington Post
Our model predicted that Democrat Hillary Clinton had a 98 percent chance of being elected. That was more pro-Clinton than most other forecast models (although all of them predicted a Clinton win). Our model said five Senate seats would shift from Republican to Democratic, giving Democrats a likely majority.
Hillary Clinton has an 85% chance to win. NY Times
Lack of supporters? Some of us don't think politics 24/7. I voted for Trump. I like him as a president but since he was elected, I'm going about my business. I have a life and am living it. We're good!
As for being too dumb to read? Really! Not wanting to read about demographics is not being dumb; it's a choice. I don't care about them. They mean nothing to me. My life is more interesting than that!
I disagree
Most are out working , taking care of responsibilities, and minding their own business.
They don't feel the need to control
I think we are saying the same thing in a different way....so we are in violent agreement therefore, I disagree with your stated belief that we disagree.
