4% to 70% is a pretty big jump over two years. What explains that?
I would like to see the source for those numbers. not the USA Today article but how they arrived at those numbers.

Can't say that I care about the sale of real estate between private parties. I do question the many dealings of our elected reps with rich and powerful individuals like Trump. Seems like our elected reps leave office far wealthier than when they entered office.

There is a follow-up article on the LLC's and the people who bought the properties.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...ate/102382726/

It's quite easy to just look it up in the online real estate tax database.

maybe you dont care because you are simply unaware that RE is used to clean dirty money. knowing who is buying what is vital when talking about POTUS or any major public offical.

It is vital to ensure no bribery, no corruption, no favors are being purchased.

In which case DC needs to be cleaned out because pretty much every elected rep is dirty and corrupt. They sell favors and bribes are the norm.
We almost got Hillary who had the biggest pay to play scam going.

No thank you. I don't accept them as fact, I didn't write the article or post the article.

That is so absurd.

I have a different LLC for every property that I have.

Newsflash! This is the way sophisticated people buy and own real estate. We're not talking about standard little 3 bedroom homes in the suburbs here. We're talking about properties that are marketed towards the 1%.

Hardly shocking. Yet you guys who don't understand it and/or just don't like Trump, have to label it as shady or sinister.

Please....

Sounds like money laundering to me.

So are half the houses in Palo Alto. You are consistently relentless if nothing else.
