Our Constitutional principles have been corrupted over the many years of our history, because of the concept of "consensus and legal precedent." Judges opinions do not constitute law. They are opinions only. And no, that is not what "counts." That's why we need judges who are true scholars and "originalists," and do not simply rely on "legal precedent."
History is important, and understanding why the Framers were concerned about foreign influence and allegiances to foreign countries leads to understanding. It is quite clear that to the Framers, "natural born" meant one was the offspring of two parents born in the USA. Not just one, but two.
You may have your opinion. I have mine. This isn't some "new interpretation." What is new is the current interpretation. And the Court is free to reverse any past opinion, as they sometimes do. The Framers were clear, and they knew the meaning of "natural born." It is we who have confused the meaning, or not understood it at all. But when we study history, and learn the origin of the term, "of the soil," then we can glean what was meant by the Framers. That is important.
Don't get mad 'bro, but if you're expecting some new interpretation on the Constitution to overturn over 200 years of legal precedent, don't hold your breath.
I don't understand the point you're making at all with the Disney example.
Disney used shell companies to avoid getting gouged on land prices once word of his plans were leaked. The Trump properties being sold to shell companies doesn't consist of undeveloped land being purchased for a development. You're not going to buy apartments/condos secretly because you're getting them at a lower price. The point is, we don't know who is buying the properties. It's not being done as in the Disney example to avoid a price hike for undeveloped land, but it could be (1.) a way to launder criminally obtained money or more ominously (2.) a way for foreign oligarchs seeking to obtain favors from a Trump White House, to make political pay offs anonymously.
Or it could be that people just don't want their name associated with Trump's.
How much of a problem would it be for government investigators to track down the actual buyers behind these shell companies?

I have no idea why you think a small group of wealthy powerful people two hundred and fifty years ago are infallible when our country has weak democracy that is not a patch on a number of others around the globe.
It seems to me many americans have been brainwashed into treating a basic guide for a nation as some sort of hold relic. It is just an out of date agreement that is directly responsible for many of our current woes.
