Still deflecting, I see...

I couldn't answer that as it is a leading question.

Suffice it to say that is a false dichotomy. Being loyal to the constitution is automatically being loyal to the president. It can not be otherwise.

All pledge to support and defend the constitution, and whomever does not do that is out of step with their responsibility. There can be no conflict if everyone is loyal to the constitution and carries out their own duties with that in mind.

It is not a false dichotomy - it can be otherwise.

There were a lot of people who were loyal to President Richard Nixon and wound up in jail (Watergate).

There were a lot of people who were loyal to President Ronald Reagan and either were convicted or accepted a pardon from President George H.W. Bush (Iran-Contra).

Lewis "Scooter" Libby was loyal to President George W. Bush, but was convicted and later had his sentence commuted (Plame Affair).

That was not the question.

Please re-read the OP and answer the question

The POTUS took an oath to defend the constitution of the United States.

Did you Trumpers forgot the inaugural ceremony? You know, Melania was wearing a light blue dress? How can you forget the BIGGEST inauguration ever?

Everybody takes an oath to defend and protect the US Constitution.

What does Trump think? That he was elected dictator and everybody has to take a loyalty oath to defend and protect him?

Oh yeah, and he thinks that the press is there to be his cheerleaders.

He thinks he's Nero.

What an insufferable IGNORANT JERK.

Nonsense.

If the POTUS issues an ILLEGAL order, the ones below him better not carry it out.

Look up the Nixon cabinet and his staff. Many went to jail.

The problem is the president doesn't know what he's doing. He thinks he's still at the Trump towers or in a reality show.

He is an idiot.

GWB is probably laughing right about now. He knows he's no longer the dumbest president this country has ever had.

What hasn't been addressed in this thread is that the FBI Director is appointed to a 10 year term in order to remove the position from partisan politics. Trump chose to ignore that and fire Comey with 6 years left in his term, while Comey was investigating the Russian influence.

He shouldn't be surprised by the fallout.

Please stop making stuff up.

Trump played plenty of golf.

All he had to do is tell somebody to write him a letter and he signs it.

Trump is a liar and a crook.

It's amazing that this question has to even be asked.

Unless he is being fired for something like to obstruct justice.
