So are Dems mad/sad/disappointed that Comey had no bombshells?

Most definitely.

This testimony is the opening shot across the Trump's bow. This just sets the stage for what's to come. The REAL case is the RICO investigation. That will be what sinks Trump, his family and quite a few others.

Default The loyalty question

Alot is being put onthis loyalty question.

On one hand its being taken as doing what trump wanted.

I dont see it that way. I see it in context of the leaks and wanted to make sure comey wasnt going to leak or talk behind his back. To be loyal to the president is to keep things in house. That their conversations wouldnt come up on the news.

With all the leaks this would be a perfectly expected question from the president of his people and would be a top question for everyone who he hired or kept on.

I take the question as "are you going to stand behind me, have my back, no matter what." It depends on the context of the conversation.

Wow Collins is GOP and hasn't mentioned Clinton's email. Impressed.

No one claimed he did. The claim is that he told Comey to drop Flynn investigation.
