Just like North Carolina, California MAY learn the hard way.

You think they would learn form North Caorlina's stupid moves.

Ahh, most people that lobby such a complaint were never big sports fans anyways. You lose some and you gain some. Look at Kaepernick for example. Many (including myself) did not approve of his actions, but yet his jersey is now the 17th largest seller in the league. Not bad for a guy that played for a team that only won 2 games.

Maybe it's time to move the Rose Bowl out of there.

Then it wouldn't be the Rose Bowl and while all of you are entrenched in all this ideological banter -- football fans are football fans. They want their traditions.

What is wrong with some of the posters here who immediately dismiss something simply because it's from Breitbart? Do your computers NOT have search engines to verify the article?

Hopefully, my post went over the heads of a limited number of posters here.

That's just Silly - why should the so-called "ban States" throw a Hysterical Meltdown Tantrum just because crazy California does???

It's better to just laugh at them.

Careful there - you are showing your ignorance.
These Championship Games are set years in advance. IF California doesn't want to attend and chooses to withdraw, that's their choice ...... but the Games will continue.

Good Point about the Scouts - Texas is a HUGE pool of athletes that are shopped for Colleges & Universities.
My own athlete received 32 Scholarship offers from all over the USA - including the Crazy California.

And you are underrating the power of a few dozen states who don't like CA trying to control their laws and define morality as they see fit.

The entire concept of the USA is that states can rule as they see fit as long as they comply with the federal constitution and other states will respect these differences. CA is seeking to change the very fiber of our country.

It would be quite easy for a lot of states to retaliate with CA and the result is everyone loses.

As a college football fan, it will be nice to not compete with CA colleges for recruits in these banned states. I'm sure head coaches outside CA are quite excited about the reduced level of recruiting competition.
