There were several news stories that placed Donald Trump Sr at Trump tower on June 9th, the same day/time of the meeting held by Jr with the Russians. One article said it's possible that Daddy Trump might have phoned into the meeting from his office on a different floor. Although their were no confirmations of him calling in or attending. But it's possible because he was there.

Trump was in New York. Trump attended a fundraising lunch at the Four Seasons in New York before spending the rest of the day at Trump Tower.
He also engaged in a Twitter feud that day with Clinton.
Lewandowski said "Donald Trump was doing a rally in the state of Florida" the day his son and others met with a Russian lawyer in New York.
That’s wrong. The Florida rally was two days later on June 11.
Trump was in New York on June 9 and spoke at a fundraiser before returning to Trump Tower.

Whether there was a FISA warrant to monitor Manafort's calls or whether his calls were monitored illegally is also a potential fact of interest, however only remotely connected to the subject at hand.

Okay I think it is now pretty established that there was a third Russian at the meeting.
(Two with dual US citizenship)
"His name is Rinat Akhmetshin, and he confirmed his participation in the meeting to multiple news outlets. Born in Russia, the lobbyist served in the Soviet military and emigrated to the U.S., where he became a citizen in 2009. He is still a Russian citizen, according to the Washington Post."
He represents the fifth American citizen at the meeting who failed to step forward.
No wonder Trey Gowdy has asked people to step out and discuss what they know about Russian contacts with Team Trump.
Do all these people have forget syndrome?

So Trumplings
Son of the POTUS, son in-law of POTUS, and campaign manager of POTUS
All sat in meeting while Trump was seeking office and met with three Russian citizens.
One was Russian, and only Russian arrived with a brief case and documents.
She proceeded to give that document to Team Trump.
They accepted the meeting knowing the information came from Russia.
They denied they met with Russians
They denied they received any information of "value".
Seems we have fire and smoking gun.
