No, the question to ask is why Don Jr. met with a Russian lawyer and cybersecurity person who provided him with documents that were to be used to sway the election. Keep up.
What documents? The Russian lawyer operative herself admitted on NBC that the meeting was just another lobbying attempt on behalf of Russia and Putin to repeal the Magnitsky Act.
Akhmetshin , the soviet spy which attended the Trump Jr meeting, was accused of orchestrating a cyber attack to tarnish a company's public image. The below articles go into detail, especially the 2nd article below (Daily Beast). It's very similar to the DNC and Hillary hacking and smear campaign.
Court papers from lawyers for International Mineral Resources, a Russian mining company that alleged Akhmetshin had orchestrated a cyberattack against them to tarnish their public image
...accuse Akhmetshin of hacking into two computer systems and stealing sensitive and confidential materials as part of an alleged black-ops smear campaign against IMR
A New York law firm paid Akhmetshin $140,000, including expenses, to organize a public-relations campaign targeting IMR. Shortly after he began that work, IMR suffered a sophisticated and systematic breach of its computers, and gigabytes of data allegedly stolen in the breach wound up the hands of journalists and human-rights groups critical of the mining company. IMR accused Akhmetshin of paying Russian hackers to carry out the attack.
IMR went so far as to hire a private investigator to follow Akhmetshin on a trip to London. That private eye, Akis Phanartzis, wrote in a sworn declaration to the court that he eavesdropped on Akhmetshin in a London coffee shop and heard Akhmetshin boast that “he organized the hacking of IMR’s computer systems."

LOL. You are behind. She also brought documents detailing dirty money yo the DNC. The envelope with e information was given to someone in the room. We also now know that there was another person in the room affiliated with Russian espionage.
What are you even talking about? Are playing dumb or..... IF this guy was a spy, WHY DID THE OBAMA ADMIN LET HIM INTO THE COUNTRY?!?!?!?! Is there even a rational explanation for that? No there isn't. So it's either one of two things:
1. Obama knew he was a spy, he had to if this is so well known right?
2. He is not a spy.
Pick which one. Those are the only 2 possible choices.
Or the third one is he just got in. Sadly, as did the 9/11 hijackers. They slipped through the cracks.

They were all lobbyists, working to repeal the Magnitsky Act. There is no record of the "documents" you describe.
