Good, swamp draining requires identifying those who can't do as they promise and getting rid of them. Trump isn't a dictator, and must have a Congress willing to work with him. The RNC has been arguing for years that Obamacare must go, now, when they can, Obamacare stays. Trump now has a list of RINO Republicans who can't or won't work with his party.

It's not just RINO's who think that it cut's too much - it's also tea partiers that think it doesn't cut enough.

Hillary isn't in Congress. Or the White House. What compromises are the Democrats willing to make to fix their train wreck?
