I don't see how it relates to healthcare, but I some politicians might advocate for it; "no chip no vote" and coincidentally the chip will cost $5,000 just to make sure that no feckless wastrels vote ya' know.

As long as it's voluntary, I see it as being none of the government's business.

I'm good with states passing laws making mandatory chips against state law.
