DO they want the anthem changed or not to be played at all?
Do they want Police to stop patrolling black neighborhoods to reduce the chance of someone being shot?
Do they want an apology from America for its terrible treatment of black people prior to 1865 and its so so treatment of them since then?
Do they want reparations?
Do they want America to stop being America and become something else and if so what country in the world would they like to emulate?
Do they want white people to step aside so black and brown people can take over running the place?

DO they realize that it is America and all that it stands for that allows them to take a knee in a public showing of protest. Try doing that in North Korea.

What are they trying to do? What are they trying to bring attention too?
How about they want the same protections for people of color as for white people. That's what the national anthem, the flag and all that other business is supposed to be about. You know the part in the Declaration of Independence where it says all men are created equal? It appears that some men are more equal than others.

You can be against that while keeping your agenda away from the national anthem

It is a joke and nothing brave or noble about what they are doing. They are losing their fans and their profits and ratings are going down and will continue to do so. My husband is a huge fan and watched every Monday night and Saturday and Sundays and even he said he was done watching football. He isn't the only one either and Trump isn't the reason why.

Why are 90%+ of the teams blacks? Should't a representative percentage of the white population be eligable for these multi-million dollar jobs?
If the white population can play as well, sure.

Trump made one mistake. He should have addressed the sponsors instead of the owners.

What these so-called protesters are like is a person given a billion dollars to spend anyway they choose and taking the check and spitting in the face of the donor while kicking him in the balls. Every American has the right to their own beliefs but to disrespect the very source that gives them that right is just plain downright stupid.

My group stopped attending NFL and/or watching NFL games after Kaepernick took a knee and nothing was done about it. Most of us are vets and to see a bunch of morons who never served their country disrespect America is pathetic. With the latest bull**** we are turning to the sponsors and informing them that we are no longer going to buy their products. (No need to watch the games. It is easy to get a list of those sponsors on the web). We encourage all Americans to do the same.

Go figure. Who can explain it? No one.
I'm conservative and that doesn't explain me. I don't care if they kneel, dance, etc. It's a private matter between employer and employee.

Now, both the OWNERS and and PLAYERS and most AMERICANS are enraged by trump and his constant race baiting.

While his base loves these s*** storms he gins up to take Russian, Healthcare, the Wall, DACA, etc. out of the news, everyone one else sees this mental patient for what he is.
correction, trump did not say to fire those sobs, he suggested what the nfl owners might say and do.

"Trump said NFL owners should respond to the players by saying, "Get that son of a ***** off the field right now, he's fired. He's fired!" "

another NFL free Sunday..... didn't miss a thing.

Reminiscent of hoffa jr telling his union members to 'take out those sobs' just before obama got up to speak and so endorsed hoffa's words.
