Some communists have some redeeming qualities. Take Lenin; despite the horrors he caused, I genuinely don't think his intentions were bad, certainly not comparable to Stalin or Hitler. So, I think Nazis are slightly worse. Though in a competition like "who's the worst" not coming in first isn't exactly a victory.
As for Islamists, I'm not sure I buy that they've killed more than the Nazis. Though it sort of depends on what you mean by Islamist. If you mean just Muslim, then yeah. Of course. I guess I've never looked into it. A similar deal with Communists though; Islamists are basing their views off of a very fundamental reading of a religious text that many also read, though don't decide they should start killing people. While the Islamists themselves may not have redeeming qualities, the broad ideology potentially could.
So, I guess in order of bad:
1. Nazi
2. Islamist
3. Communists
Again, being the second and third more violent and authoritarian ideologies is not meant as a compliment and all extremism is bad.
I think the idea of ranking by raw body count is a little screwy but anyone with any knowledge of Stalin or Mao can't possibly put the communists #3 based on body count. They're #1 easily by a large margin.
Personally, I think at least Nazi's (a socialist party) and Communists are quite similar in terms of authoritarian personality cults with abusive control of the populace.
Regardless, Nazism and Communism are extinct in terms of having any global influence at this point. Existing communists in China are really oligarchs and they know it but it keeps a tradition and the people in line.
Islam is a different animal all together, it's a massive global religion.
Communists have killed more, Islamists have as well. Both of those ideologies are just as authoritarian as the neo nazis, and both hate and want to destroy anyone who does not follow their ideology. They do not necessarily hate based on race though. Are either of those two ideological groups worse than the neo nazis? Is there some other group I haven't thought of that is worse than any of these, or are the neo nazis the pinnacle of all that is evil?

How would you rank them as far as who is more dangerous to our society at this point in time? The same?
Hate is dangerous, The left is spewing it daily. I don't even know what a nazi does to be called a nazi. But I do know the hate directed to our president and it is all based on emotion and nothing else. The radical words of a hateful bias and attitude without good cause I do NOT follow. It is an evil spirit that is dangerous to ALL that follow it

What are "the" Neo-Nazis, and what do they believe? And how do you know? Are you personally acquainted with a lot of them?
I don't think "everyone believes 6 million died at the Auschwitz camp" itself, that's painting with a wide,flawed brush.
