How about the 160 Terrorist Obama released from Gitmo, many returned to the battlefield??

That is the affect of a Corrupt administration on an entire nation.

Wait, Do People Actually Know Just How Evil This Man Is?

This is not a good man, this is a sick, evil man.
It takes an evil man to pardon an evil man.
It takes a racist to pardon a racist.

"The word “abusive” isn’t enough. Joe Arpaio’s actions over the course of his time in office were monstrous and sickening. As Arpaio’s officers were harassing, detaining, and beating citizens and non-citizens alike, with jail employees routinely calling inmates “wetbacks” or leaving them to die on the floor, Arpaio let hundreds of serious sexual abuse cases go uninvestigated, in one case resulting in a child being continually raped."

I am not defending Joe Arpaio, his methods, or anything about him. I am simply commenting on the facts when people like you get all hysterical . Joe may be a huge douchebag . But that doesn't alter any of the facts about Trumps right to pardon him, or what in particular Joe was found in contempt of court over ( arresting known illegals, and not simply racial profiling, as claimed here).

You folks get way too hysterical and quit thinking and start making wild guesses as a substitute when your emotions get the better of you. Its a big problem around here. No where can any of you show that I did anything but give actual facts. Those facts just make you mad, and you react like little children throwing a temper tantrum. And these facts are

* Trumps pardon is completely within the Constitutional powers and means set forth therein.
* Arpaio was granted a pardon on a misdemeanor, not even a felony.
* Other POTUS's have pardoned far far worse crimes, and without this outrage from the left.Including Obama, who pardoned an unrepentant terrorist, drug dealers, armed robbers, and traitors. With not a whole lot of moral outrage from the left. And apparently, from reading posts here, some of those Obama pardoned have killed people after Obama pardoned them.
* Joe's contempt conviction was not about him simply racial profiling Latinos, but about him arresting known illegals who had not committed any other crime. He had permission to do so by the feds at one point, then it was withdrawn, and he continued to do so anyway. So his conviction was , ironically, about him being instructed by a fed judge to NOT enforce US laws.

Then it must take a Terrorist to pardon 160 Terrorist from Gitmo like Obama did during his reign.

Is it constitutional for the feds to apply different laws to different states?

YES 2011-in Arizona
U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano yanked the 287(g) program from Maricopa County jails today because of a finding that Sheriff Joe Arpaio's office abused the rights of Latinos.

The Performance of 287(g) Agreements FY 2011 Update, a new version of the MOA was created and approved in 2013.The 287(g) program, one of ICE's top partnership initiatives, allows a state or local law enforcement entity to enter into a partnership with ICE, under a joint Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), in order to receive delegated authority for immigration enforcement within their jurisdictions.

ICE announces 18 new 287(g) agreements in Texas--07/31/2017 ( NEW AGREEMENT)
https://www.ice.gov/news/releases/ic...rvey-target-id

So the 287 G-agreements have changed -morphed and actually not used in some states or areas-

To improve 287(g) program operations, ICE has done the following:
Implemented comprehensive guidelines for ICE field offices that supervise 287(g) partnerships, prioritizing the arrest and detention of criminal aliens.
Requires 287(g) officers to maintain comprehensive alien arrest, detention, and removal data in order to ensure enforcement efforts remain focused on criminal aliens, particularly those who pose the greatest risk to public safety.

They had never been charged with a crime. We are a nation of laws we do not sentence people to life in prison unless they have been charged with and convicted of a crime. The authorities had years to file charges against those detainees, if you have an issue with them being released you should target your anger at the people who failed to charge them with a crime

Friends, this IS how a Civil War begins. "Bring it on", I hear some of you saying. Charlottesville was just a taste. Did any of you see the videos of civilians slugging it out in the streets? Sickening. Some of the combatants must have been female even. Fighting hand to hand against men 1.5x their size. Sickening. Disturbing. We've had Presidents that took this country right to the ragged edge of insolvency and economic ruin and they were never assassinated.

The Presidents who were happened to be the one who forced Emancipation of African Slaves and the one who appeared to give MLK the time of day. We have had controversial political movers and shakers galvanize niche sectors of American society and upset the status quo. The ones who have been assassinated are the ones who agitated in the name of 'Civil Rights' for people of color (Medgar Evers, Malcom X,). Are we again getting ready to spill blood in the streets in the name of racial intolerance? Are we really going to let Trump maneuver this country to the precipice of Civil Disintegration? Seriously? Shame on you if you let some puffed up clown goad you into losing your life needlessly in pointless rage against 'others' you know nothing about.

America is vast. Texas alone could hold the entire planets worth of human beings, and they wouldn't be anymore crowded than is already routine in New York City! That is how serious the issue of Central American Immigration is. I.e. NOT! Have you seen the price of Avocado's lately? Tomatoes? Trump wants your tax dollars to build a $20B (after cost overruns) wall to keep out Mexicans that are no longer coming here. Avocados, Tomatoes, Grapes and other produce is rotting in American fields because the Mexicans are fleeing for Canada or self-deporting back to Mexico. "Good!", I hear some of you say. How long will that last?

Mark my words, give this some time to bake in. White people are going to be stealing into Mexico under cover of darkness, kidnapping Mexicans at gunpoint and dragging them back to US soil in chains to get produce prices back to sanity when Americans can no longer afford to eat. How a place so alarmingly dysfunctional became the premier economy of the world I have no earthly idea. But its clear we have hit the apex. Its all downhill from here. It has been thus since The Inauguration.
Good point. BTW one of the major trade accomplishments of the Trump Administration: banning avocado imports from Columbia. Glad to see things getting accomplished in Washington.

Speaking of Presidents releasing criminals as part of his Presidency....

Obama's biggest-ever release of Gitmo detainees draws ire from Donald Trump, lawmakers - Washington Times

Quote:
President Obama faced renewed criticism of endangering national security a day after the announcement that the administration is transferring another 15 inmates from the Guantanamo Bay detention facility, as Donald Trump and Republican congressional candidates vowed to keep the prison for terrorists open after Mr. Obama leaves office.

“President Obama is more focused on releasing hardened terrorists than capturing new ones — a reckless policy that is putting America and the West at risk,” said House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Michael T. McCaul, Texas Republican. “We are a nation at war, and our commander in chief shouldn’t be handing back operatives to the other side.”
