Yeah he's just a racist. When he mentions legal immigrants he mentions the Irish Italians and Germans. Illegals to him are Mexicans he even had to dress in a sombrero and poncho when he had to represent an undocumented immigrant. Also saying that the things that the daca recipients did are crimes is like saying a poor kid who stole food should be considered a criminal, without understanding why he did it.

Most of DACA immigrants are Latinos with 79% being from Mexico.....how is that racist? ......none are from Europe.....try again with the race card.
Point blank, the problem with DACA is that it makes the already illegal "political policy" anchor baby problem (no, they are NOT 14th Amendment US citizens, explanation below) even worse. With DACA, there is no longer a requirement to get over the border to have your "anchor baby." You can give birth to it anywhere, and just make sure you can get your kid(s) over the border any time within the next 15 years.
DACA HAS to go. Period.
As to how we know illegal aliens US-born children, so-called "anchor babies," are NOT 14th Amendment US citizens:
Had it been the general understanding in the late 1800s that everyone born in the US, after the 14th Amendment was ratified, regardless of their parents' citizenship status was a US citizen (it wasn't, and they're not), Wong Kim Ark's case never would have had to go through the US court system and all the way to the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court then ruled that children born in the US to permanent resident alien parents were born US citizens:
"The evident intention, and the necessary effect, of the submission of this case to the decision of the court upon the facts agreed by the parties were to present for determination the single question stated at the beginning of this opinion, namely, whether a child born in the United States, of parent of Chinese descent, who, at the time of his birth, are subjects of the Emperor of China, but have a permanent domicil and residence in the United States, and are there carrying on business, and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the Emperor of China, becomes at the time of his birth a citizen of the United States. For the reasons above stated, this court is of opinion that the question must be answered in the affirmative."
Additionally, the USCIS has stated quite directly that illegal aliens are NOT permanent resident aliens. Their children are not US citizens.
"An illegal alien who entered the United States without inspection, for example, would be strictly defined as an immigrant under the INA but is not a permanent resident alien."
When the parents are not US citizens or permanent resident aliens, their child/ren are not US citizens. The children are citizens/subjects of the parents' home country.
I have an easy way to explain it, we have a congress that is completely useless and has been for quite some time. I'm not a fan of Obama or Trump, but at least Obama got some money out of these folk and Trump knowing as president congress makes laws not him, he's forcing congress to do their jobs.
Our US Congress is full of chicken ****, no nothing, spineless, human beings who really don't contribute anything to society, and it's been this way for a long, long, time.

Congress could sing this song without batting an eyelash!
The base point is that this was an unconstitutional Executive Order Obama had no authority as President to enact. President Trump did the correct and constitutional act of repealing this Executive Branch overreach. The Legislature can easily pass a law incorporating this or some version of it if they like.

Exactly! This exact statement needs to be inserted into each and every thread discussing DACA, in my opinion.
I hope President Trump goes after each and every Executive Branch overreach which the former president committed in those 8 Constitutionally destructive years.
