I do not know what to make of it. It does appear that the twitter account is that of the Junior Senator from Cana... I mean, Texas, for it has the little star meaning it has been verified as belonging to him.
However, while I do not care for Senator Cruz, I have never for one moment thought of him as being stupid. To view porn via twitter, and to 'like' the page you are viewing, simply seems the act of a stupid person (if one wishes to hide one's viewing preferences, that is). He is not stupid.
As such, I shall operate under the presumption that his account was hacked.
He probably doesn't actually use his own Twitter. At least not exclusively.
Most politicians have some 20-something intern do their tweeting for them. Cruz said this was because of a staffing error, and I believe that. But more specifically, the error was an employee wacking it at work.
Still funny that it had to be Teddy, who, as the HuffPo video noted, defended a law that prohibited the sale of sex toys (his libertarian facade is amusing at the very least).

The only plausible way anyone would genuinely not know who Carlos Danger is, is if the media they watch and listen to isn't reporting it, which sounds about right, considering who Carlos Danger is and who runs the majority of main stream media in America.

2. Have stated, either by words or actions/etc, that porn is evil and sex is only for reproduction?
