I clicked on the link thinking I was going to see a teacher in a mini skirt or something of that nature not even close. I think the other female teachers are jealous of her.
How are chaps, that accentuate someone's butt and crotch, and boots even in the same category?
Actually leather chaps are leg protection when one rides a horse or a motorcycle. They cover the legs and have side straps that connect to a belt. The crotch/rear not being covered allows for agility in movement. Thus knowing this, why do you think the thigh high boots are acceptable while chaps are not?

Because teachers are not riding motorcycles or horses in the classroom. And as I've already said, chaps are not considered business wear. Leather boots, like the ones the teacher is wearing, are perfectly acceptable business wear.
I'd like to see her in an inappropriate outfit...... - I mean, just to better judge the difference.
