Well, I figured out why immediately after seeing the picture.
I don't see any issues with her outerwear, but those boots, come on! That kind of footwear is appropriate for someone dancing on stage, if you know what I mean, not teaching 4th grade kids.
There's a reason why we have social norms on what is appropriate and what is not in our society, and no one should have any issues with that. Professionalism never goes out of style. You'll never see me wearing sneakers with a business suit when interviewing or meeting important clients, know what I mean?
Perhaps the boots hid tattoos or a medical condition or were for support for strained ligaments?
Good looking women are often targets by other women in the workplace. Women's worst enemy in the workplace, with some exception, are other women.
In the corporate world, any complaint from a male manager about a woman would not be acceptable. Cosmic double standard there. couldn't even imagine what would happen if a male complained of sexual harassment by a femal to human resources, let alone how she dresses. Okay for a female director to complain 'she dresses like a *****'. Not a problem. escort out the door if said by a male in management.
Don't know if that applies here, though doubtful any male adminitrator noticed anything amiss.
the agian if she chewed her potart into the shape of a gun, I could see her losing her job......in today's portals of social justice where a chalk mark on the sidewalk sends students to the PTSD remediation.
It's have a wrap dress that would conform to every dress code out there. It's not terribly low cut, nor short, and it even has long sleeves. Is it work appropriate without a blazer on top? Nope. It was designed to flatter, and it does.
Her dress is super cute. If she swaps out her hooker boots for some pumps or flats, it's perfectly work appropriate. She can keep the hot boots in the backseat of the car for after work drinks.

Hooker boots.
They are not hooker boots when worn with a long sweater, black opaque tights. You can barely see the boots when paired with those tights. If her bare legs were showing, I'd see your point.
By the way, what exactly is wrong with sexy? People look sexy in all sorts of work-appropriate clothing. Wrap dresses, which can be sexy, are perfectly fine at work--even sans blazer.
Sexy, yet dress-code appropriate, at work is fine, IMO.
I'm not sure her students found the boots sexy as hell
And, this. ^
