Using "they" a plural pronoun does not make any sense. I hate to break it to you but this "it" is a he. This pronoun none sense pushed by these foolish millenials is a testament to how out there most of the generation is. Do you have any idea what it's like to read a paragraph about a man with they inserted for he? Good gosh it's time to revisit 3rd grade grammar and lose the political correctness. This is why gen Xers and baby boomers reject the foolish millenials, y'all are not only counter culture beyond reason but nuttier than a squirrel turd too.

Exactly. More Goofyspeak which academia wants to try to push on the sane among us.

Baloney.

Nouns have gender. People have sex. Its a "science thing."

And BTW, using "they" as you described is present-day balderdash. "They" is a plural pronoun. "He" had always been the [inclusive first-person] singular pronoun used when referring to a person until loons tried to change the language and force their Goofyspeak on the rest of us.

This isn't even really about the person who was shot. It's about a proper response to someone with a mental health issue.

Which is what I said. My issue was with people referring to another human as "it", as if these posters were somehow better then someone who was obviously suffering.

The person isn't a he or a she-"it" is an it by default.

Are you sure? After 12 pages or so, the 'real' issue has devolved into a discussion on the proper use of pronouns. Effed up, if you ask me.

Of course it is. It fits right in with other posts. It's part of the reason we are having so many protests.

People aren't interested in trying to solve our problems, only in demonizing and calling others names.

Maybe that is because the majority disapprove of the transgender and gay agenda. That is not something the young people in this nation want to hear but the reality is that there is a huge generation gap when it comes to values in America today. The protests you speak of are not helping to make the rest of us approve of your social liberalism. If anything it is just angering us further, nothing will change the fact that a lot of people over 40 will never accept all of this. The whole pronoun thing is just nutty, even laughable.
