Yes he sure did!

One step closer to socialism!

Birthing is a private matter. Between 2 people having a sweet time, why should we pay? Nobody asked them to turn down the lights - and who told that man to drink so much? Now we have to pay his rehab! And who told that woman to work in the terrible cement floors and now have heels spurs,, we could be here a few days. With personal choice problems .

Year after year, arguing over whether women should have access to birth control, be able to make her own medical decisions, ... is crazy.

Every baby deserves to be a wanted baby, a baby who has parents who are able to provide the love and care the baby needs. Every woman should be able to decide whether she is ready to be a mother now.

Government has plenty to do without pushing its nose into this.
Time warp? more like Freddy Kruger nightmares. I remember my Dr was catholic and would not prescribe the pills. Love my son, but would have rather waited a few years - ahhh back in the day, how did we go back ?!!!!

I agree that the lifestyle argument doesn’t really work. You could blame almost everything on lifestyle. The argument that I would make is that pregnancy is not a disease state. That argument works, but as I said in another post, I’m all about the bottom line. It is cheaper to pay for birth control than it is for unwanted babies.

I know several who turned down prostate cancer treatment. Didn't care for the probable side effects. Seems to be a personal choice, so I say we strike prostrate cancer off the list of covered conditions.

Cardiac conditions can be expensive to treat and run up insurance costs. If people make the personal choice to eat stuff that clogs their arteries up, why should we all be pitching in to pay their bills for their unhealthy behavior? They should be saving up for their own bypass.

If people accidentally shoot themselves, why should we all have to cover the cost of their stupidity?

You're right. We could go on for days.

Playing sports is also a lifestyle choice.

Insurance shouldn't cover blown out knees or broken bones acquired while playing a game.

You like to climb mountains?

Go for it.

BUT, if you take a fall, insurance won't cover your broken back. Pay for it yourself.

You made a lifestyle choice.

And no more child tax credits. Having children is a lifestyle choice and the rest of us shouldn't have to subsidize your choice.

Same goes for free breakfast/lunches in school. We pay to educate them, not feed them. Pack them a lunch with your food stamp money.

Oh wait.....no more food stamps either.

Can't feed your kids?..... teach them how to dumpster dive or beg in the streets like they do in third world countries.

My point? Why is it only about sex and birth control?

It is. Abortions are at their lowest since the beginning of Roe v. Wade. Teen pregnancies are down.

But, by all means, let's make it more difficult to get birth control.

Small town didn’t have pp in my day

Accidental or part of life, we are vulnerable human beings and need medical care. I don’t like them singeling women out. Cut the viagra and make men impotent so women can’t get pregnant — just a silly as stopping by birth control . Anyhow they already filed the first lawsuit.
