It's okay to be white and be proud of your white skin.
Just the same it's okay to be proud of your black skin.
Why can't BOTH be accepted in this day and age? It amazes me. Both the left and hard right find problem with one of the two. It just shows how both the right wing and left wing are pretty much the same - Hypocritical and racist.
What consequences would those be, Casper, for saying that it's okay to be white? Please, inform us.
Who knows, why don't you try it and find out, could range from people rolling their eyes knowing you are an Idiot, your boss thinking you do not belong in his company, all the way to someone screaming at you and calling you names. I am sure there are may possibly scenarios, depending on where you are driving.
It is Reality, do what you want, it is like free speech, you have the right to it but not the right to be free of the consequences that may come from expressing it. Is that not how it works in your world?

I don’t see race as something to be proud of at all. Ain’t like you have a choice in the matter.

Me either. It's like being proud of being Italian or tall or handsome, none of which involved any effort on our part.
Then again, as someone pointed out, saying that being X is 'okay' isn't exactly exhibiting pride. It's not like this evokes a visual of Tom Cruise jumping up and down on Oprah's couch in excitement. It's not even a 'being white is just swell!' It's meh....s'okay.

Say it again for the people in the back!
