Trump did ignore the fence they are building under the 2006 act, because he said we need a wall from sea to shining sea and anytime anyone disputes him it gets taller and that Mexico will pay for it.

Well Mexico is not paying for it and any tax on Mexican goods make consumers of those goods pay for it, a far cry from Mexico paying for it. The funds from that 2006 act are mostly spent and they are not working on it, they are working on prototypes.

Since Congress has not passed a budget or bill authorizing any spending beyond the 2006 act, no they are not working on it. And again, that is not Mexico paying for it.

I just don't get this backasswords approach.
Its a WALL, comparing a wall to an I-Phone is rather silly.. But non the less, no one is arguing technology hasnt changed, whats the point?

Where's the wall?

There are several news reports saying that the walls are closing in on Trump.

“The walls are closing in,†said one senior Republican

Ann Coulter isn't impressed.

I guess you missed the info about the prototypes. Surely you understood it would be a large undertaking, not like just fencing one's own yard.

Border wall is a monumental project. It doesn’t get built in months. It will take years and even decades.
But Trump himself, will come down in just a few months, at most. The desperate Republicans, who want to get re-elected to congress, will marginalize him after the campaign starts in January.

The wall is estimated to cost $25 billion not $200 billion. Spin much? No, most illegals do not come by planes on tourist visas the majority are border jumpers. The good walls already in place have been very effective in deterring illegal aliens. No such thing as an undocumented immigrant either.

Typical Trump, taking credit for other people's work, and typical Trumpkins, falling for his BS

I don't know what the hell a Trumpkin is but how is Trump taking credit for other people's work? If he gets the wall built that isn't other people's work it will be of his own doing since the prior administrations only voted for it but never funded it nor built it.
