Given that girls tends to be more mature than boys, the age difference may not be as big as you're suggesting. It's probably closer to 18 vs 25, which no one would think is odd
And the big difference is that Clinton did it in the past few decades
Clinton: engaged in rape as an adult and in the 21st century, and so we should judge this using 21st century morals.
Moore: engaged in pedophilia as an young man in the 20th century. The 20th century had different moral and standards of conduct. Thus, I don't think we should judge him harshly.
I personally don't think rape, pedophilia, etc are bad at all. They shouldn't be felonies. But that's a different story
