i lived in a pure white city where the locals burnt out stolen cars routinely. it was completely normal for some areas to have various burnt out cars on the green areas... the city did not even pick them up until there were a few so that the company hired would give them a good rate. My employer at the time provided me police escorts to visit sites. We had "local" contacts that would smooth the way between us and locals who might not like our presence... we were all the same color and had the same basic religions and cultures.

burnt out cars and such like are directly tied to low income, low expectations, hopelessly and boy racers who rob race strip and burn... those kids reflect their environment more than anything else. it is a huge waste and cost to western cities around the world. thugs losers mostly yes. They are doing vastly better than the US when it comes murder... US you are three times more likley to be murdered than France... Switzerland is one of the hardest countries in the world to immigrate to , especially for non eu nations.you have to show how you are making money when you apply even for a visa , your employer has to vouch for you,you might be able to get a b visa if you have a skill that is needed . None of these low crime nations take in large amounts of immigrants, Japan,South Korea,etc they dont take in refugees, illegal immigrants.
