There is a difference between "reporting on" something, which is what you said --

and treating something as being of "apocalyptic importance," which is what he said.

For context, this was after the Nuclear button tweet by Trump, so may have had to do with that some? Don’t know if the correlation is the causation, just observing.

He shows himself to be the partisan tool and fraud that he is. Before, he could at least try to claim some semblance of neutrality and being just about "the stats."

Contrary to your very misleading title (Why do you on the right do that all the time?), Silver did not write that he was angry at journalists writing about Hillary's e-mail server, he asked why did many in the media, including the MSM, blow it up beyond its importance.

The e-mails were always a overblown story of little significance. Silver is right, the e-mail story was blown all out of proportion.
