I'm curious to what percent of this forum is republican and democrat. Your choice is what you most identify with.

I'm an Independent who has leaned left lately, especially due to Trump and the spineless GOPs. Should my choice be Other or It Depends? Sounds the same to me....

Don't knock the republicans for trump. They didn't even want him in there.

I voted Republican but would consider myself conservative/libertarian. But I love the debate, look at the US senate where you can get people who would love nothing better than to abolish the government, Cruz/Paul, debate people who want the government to run our entire lives, Warren/Sanders, It's Great!

I’m a registered republican, but I will vote democrat if I feel the republican candidate is too extreme when it comes to social issues (an example being the recent Roy Moore/Doug Jones senate election).

You do know that a lot of folks vote opposite on these polls.

Having little regard for either party, I registered Independent in the early 70's.
Still have little regard for either party, but I generally vote Republican.

Is that why you never offered a choice for populism ?

Going to be a BS poll, hate to tell you this.

We've had left and right wingers...I mean HARD CORE posters.....try to claim they're "independent".

I'm talking about the mentally ill types that would look you in the eye and say "well, I've voted XYZ for 30 years but it's only because they're right about everything and they have the best candidates so I'm an independent!"

I clicked independent because I've not only voted R & D in the past 30 years but 3rd party as well when I just couldn't stomach either one.
