Really nothing to see here.

It does my heart good to see that people are starting to wake the fk up!

Kudos to all of you!!!

The progressive outrage over every single thing that hints of rational thought... they hate! The entire premise of Marxism is based on failed ideology and disruption of a peaceful "progressive" society. They are liars, segregationists, regression-minded idiots, and I have no patience for liars!

So your God, in testing His faith in Him, requires you to do a lot of vigorous discrimination against sinners, huh? So who does your God think are the worst and most disgusting sinners? Gays or married straights who cheat?

He thinks they are equally bad. That is why I am against most divorces nowadays too.

Yes.

What you are missing is the article that you obviously didn't read.

And this pretty much sums things up:

"The issue is this emboldens people who want to be able to deny this care,†she said. “In the past, the duty to the patient has been the priority, and that’s what major medical groups say. This flips the script and makes it about the provider and that’s not really how we should be providing medical care,†said Diane Horvath-Copser, an obstetrician/gynecologist in Baltimore and a fellow with Physicians for Reproductive Health."

Also has stated in another thread (mods shut down for their own reasons), this is not just about LGBT, but covers abortion, and other medical services including assisted suicide.

Your sources are the Washington Post, and the NY Times- both of which have less credibility than the National Enqiuror.

Why would nurse Jones WANT to work in an abortion clinic or for a sex reassignment specialist if she has a moral objection to those procedures? If I have a moral objection to hamburgers I go to work for Mcdonalds.

Briefly looking at the article, it seemed the objections would mostly have to do with abortion and the transformation aspects of the needs of transgenders (forgive the wording, it is the best I could do). It would have nothing to do with treating a person, just performing those "tasks". I have supported this when it came to abortion forever. For transgenders, the surgical part, not feeling they can be morally involved in it, I don't see it doing that much harm to anyone, so support that also. Do you really want people performing surgical procedures on you if they don't want to be there?

Trump really doesn't have all the power that some think. They really need to start teaching American government in school again. I am embarrassed by the ignorance some have when it comes to our government. "Trump is going this and Trump is doing that." - 3 branches of government, try "Schoolhouse Rock" as they have some very simple tunes to help one learn about our government.

The number of conservatives that are comfortable with their religion and their Messiah being used as tools of persecution and hatred is a sad and pathetic spectacle to witness. If refusing medical treatment for gays is what it takes to be a Christian, eff them and their book of fairy tales.
That isn't even a remotely realistic scenario. For one thing, that "book of fairy tales" teaches that we are love and help even those who have wronged us. A Christian doctor sees a gay person as a human being in need of help. There is no moral or religious conflict with helping a person with a health issue.

Plus most doctors are part of a larger healthcare organization so their actions reflect on the organization, and I can't see them wanting to deal with the PR nightmare that would result in a doctor refusing give service.
