karen mcdougal's situation is a little different. she sold the rights to her story to the national enquirer ..... who then intentionally sat on it. i'm curious if an attorney could argue that when you sell the publishing rights to your story that there is a reasonable expectation that it will be published but...... until that happens, or the national enquirer switches positions, we won't know her full story.
