She’s trying to rally the black folks troops to come out for the 2020 election, like they did for Obama. Nothing like the promise of free money to get blacks off their butts and go to the voting booths.
It has worked in the past so she will try it again, and again....at taxpayer expense.
No, no, no... there's plenty of black people that are not on the take from government. That's a class issue, not a race issue.
And the great tragedy of this is that a lot of responsible peple -- black and rural white alike -- are caught in the crossfire beacuse too many simpletons "shoot from the hip".
