LOL! Reminds me of the time we took my Danish friend to see "Clockers", a film about dealing crack and ganbangers in the projects.

He of course shook his head at the mayhem depicted in the film and lectured us that you should just "give them a job."

Very interesting post I suppose many Americans are to racist and bigoted for common sense programs to be implemented. Better for the poor to know their place.

Criminals are in prison not because they are poor, but because they committed a serious crime that warranted punishment. Likewise their race, while statistically of interest, is irrelevant.
