Same for Dylann Roof.

Committing vandalism should not result in an instantaneous death sentence when the police seem perfectly capable of bringing in young men who have actually murdered people.
Enjoy comparing apples and oranges much?

Again, if this model citizen was home with his children instead of...................

Well good luck, it hasn't come by the year 2018, maybe give it another 100 years.

The rest of us will continue living productive lives and address the real issues of our society.

How fortunate to have the luxury to wait for change when its not your community tearing each other apart. But then again, you're waiting for the wrong kind of change.

Common sense dictates that change from within is much faster and easier than change from the outside. But then again common sense ain't so common.

Aren't police trained to take cover ?

BTW, those must have been some very valuable car windows.
LOL, how many times have we seen the same scenario? If they feel so threatened, they should stay behind their vehicle or around the corner while giving instructions instead of making themselves vulnerable and then shooting at the first hiccup - or when the person they're dealing with starts following their instructions.

And of course they use the excuse AFTER the fact, that they felt their life was being threatened, because legally that gets them off the hook.

Come back the next day during daylight and ask the neighbors if they saw anything and write some reports.

I bet the cops wish they had did just that, because whether or not they get charged, their careers are over in that town.
I guess it will come out in the investigation, but wasn’t there reports that a cinder block was thrown through an elderly mans rear sliding glass door during this debacle?

If proven true that the dead, convicted criminal did that crime, would that change your opinion on the matter?

I can't see where he wasn't following instructions on the video, it appeared that he held his hands up but was holding a phone and one of the cops thought it was a gun, if I'm wrong maybe you could direct me to the point on the video where he was not following directions?

So another scumbag that should have been kept in prison was released to prey on society? Sorry about the people who had their property damaged in this case.

Nothing hard about it?? lol

First of all, the cops here did not believe he was unarmed. But say by your standard, no matter the circumstance if it turns out the person shot had no gun the cops are automatically convicted of a felony, what do you think would happen?

I will tell you what would happen, you would have half the cops in this country resigning over night because their lives would be in dire straights. With no cops, model citizen Stephon Clark wouldn't just stop at smashing car windows. He would go smashing your house windows, beating on your family, and stabbing you on his way out for good measure.

The cops are not your problem.

The 1 bad cop out of 10,000 is not your problem.

Your problem is putting the weight of the world of all your personal and community problems on isolated incidents to deflect from taking personal responsibility to actually confront what is wrong around you.

Yes another BLM/Marxist hero just out of jail running away from police after breaking into cars, if this were a white scumbag criminal shot running from cops no one would care.

This guy had two felony counts of domestic abuse,
charges for possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance, robbery charge and was just out with a crowbar stealing and smashing car windows and running from cops

Another Michael brown, a BLM/Commie hero

Well, it's easy to see why the police are so poorly trained.

All the best trainers and instructors are occupied posting on internet boards.

That method never works. That's also a waste of a police officer's time. Too many people, particularly blacks have this stupid "no snitch" attitude.

You have your opinion and I have a differing view. And I'd love for the police to send a chopper and patrol officers to deal with someone actively smashing car windows on several cars. Just having the chopper fly overhead should help dissuade other night time troublemakers.

Anyway... again I say we need more black police officers and have them patrol the black majority neighborhoods. Instead, there are the useless black protesters having tantrums all over the city. BLM hasn't solved any of the black communities problems. Clearly these protests haven't changed how policing is done. Therefore, the BLM people should be signing up their people for police academy and showing non-black people how they can police themselves better.

And what's going on in Sacramento and other cities with these BLM protests only shows me that blacks have a huge problem with anger management and self control. And what's the point of disrupting the mayor's speaking by shouting so loud that no one else can speak? That's not a productive conversation, that's just a childish tantrum.
