On top of this the number of tourists visiting London is now nearly 20 million a year, and there are over 400,000 people who commute in to London every day.
So its tourists and commuters doing the killings? If you look at the names of the murder victims its pretty clear that immigrants are responsible for a vast majority of the recent murders.
But If you want to just quote statistics Manhattan alone has 1.5 million people who commute there each day and NYC has 60 million tourists a year. And that means what exactly?
This thread appears to have the agenda (subtle, but an agenda nonetheless) of being pro-gun and anti-muslim, except that when one examines the issues closer, it is not so simplistic (despite Trump's bigoted and simplistic headline-grabbing stance on the issue.)

The London Metropolitan Police have a lot of people coming in and out of London including overseas gangs, and they have a much greater population than they did 20 years ago. The larger the population the more demand put on police resources.
I am talking 20 million overseas tourists in to London, which is far more thann NYC and the UK figure doesn't include domestic visitors, as most of Britain's population do visit London.
Furthermore the figures are the worst since 2011, not the worst ever, and if you look at homicides in London nearly a third are the result of domestic disputes.
Whilst as already pointed out the police are looking at different strategies and innotiatives, and have even set up a specialist knife crime taskforce. The current spike shows a stabbing every 3 days which is 120 a year, which is unaccetable and the police are making this a priorty, but lets not blow this out of proprtion, London is a city approaching 9 million inhabitants and is a very safe city overall. It also shopuld be noted that most of these stabbings are gang related, and the police and National Crime Agency are working to get these gangs off the streets.

And Guiliani was the one who created the crime decrease with more aggressive policing
How did he create the crime decrease if murder rates started dropping in 2013 passed the U.S wide rate drop? Crime halved nationwide while Giuliani was in office only did 2013 did the city of New York stopped following national trends and dropped by itself.

60% of the population are white, it doesn't matter if they are immigrants, indeed a lot of the non white population are also immgrants. As cities such as London, Paris and NYC have large immgrant populations.

What will happen to England when the inhabitants are more than 50% non British by ethnicity. Namely what will happen when Muslims are the majority.
